Keith Simpson Village in Kingsley contains 25 units, all of which are spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom units with separate lounge/dining and kitchen.

To compliment village life, there is a Clubhouse located within the Village. The Clubhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area,  pool table and sports bar area. There is an undercover outdoor swimming pool and a bowling green. Regular activities like; bowling tournaments, fitness groups, darts and Bingo nights are held in the Clubhouse making it a wonderful place to socialise with other residents.  

There is also a gym and library for resident use.
